Delivery Information
Shipping to all reachable areas in Egypt/Europe takes from 2-5 days since date of purchase.
In extremely rare events, some orders may take longer due to unusual conditions. Rest assured that we monitor all shipments closely to ensure timely delivery of your Noncha eyewear.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer returns and exchanges on all items under the following conditions:
- Customers may request a refund or exchange within a 14-day period from the date of purchase, accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number.
- All purchased items should be in their original condition (unwashed, unaltered, spotless) with all tags intact.
- Exchanging your purchased item with a different size is all right as long as the requested item is in stock.
- Your request will be reviewed immediately post its submission and you should receive an email shortly after with the status of your request.
How to Request Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges and returns can be managed at info@kairox-collective.com and can be requested via email accompanied with the order number and the request type (refund/exchange) and should be stated clearly in the subject.

In order to change or cancel your order, you need to contact us as soon as possible since all dispatched orders are not subjected to change or cancellation.
